'Santoshi Maa Trust' also offers a refund policy to its donors. It refunds its donors their money that they had donated for 'Santoshi Maa Trust' without proper knowledge of terms and conditions and also if at all they donate the money unwillingly.
The donor can claim his / her refund within 30 days from the date of refund and can expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping the return receipts. The information regarding the refund will be notified via email with the complete details.
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the Donation.
Please note that the refund will be done based on the current Rupees/Dollar rates.
Our Online Payment Gateway accepts payment only in Indian Rupees.
Therefore, the amount charged is the INR value of the product displayed on the site, which is converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway.
